- How much does Pearl cost?
- Four plans, one flat price per event: Intimate is $49 up to 120 guests. Classic is $99 up to 200 guests and adds RSVP collection, the photo album and unmetered messaging. Grand is $199, up to 1,000, and Gala is $499, up to 2,500, with no per-message fees and no add-ons. The first 10 weddings are free.
- Do my guests need to download an app?
- No. Guests just text a regular number, the way they'd text a friend. There's nothing to install and no login.
- How is Pearl priced, per guest or per message?
- Neither. You pay one flat price for your event, set by plan. There are no per-message fees and no per-feature add-ons. Classic, Grand and Gala are unmetered; Intimate has a generous fair-use allowance.
- Is Pearl only for weddings?
- Pearl is built for weddings, but it works for any event weekend: reunions, retreats, milestone celebrations and group trips.
- What happens if Pearl doesn't know an answer?
- Pearl asks you once, relays your answer to the guest, and remembers it forever for anyone who asks next. That's the loop.
- How do I start?
- Text PEARL to (888) 609-7614. Pearl asks for your event's name, place and dates, then sends you a private link to pick a tier and pay. The whole setup happens over text.
- What if it doesn't work out?
- Full refund, no questions asked, any time before your event weekend begins. Just text Pearl or email us and we'll reverse the charge.
- How do guests opt in, and can they stop?
- Guests join by texting your event code, or you add them and Pearl says hello. Anyone can reply STOP at any time. See the messaging opt-in details.
