Pearl is a text-message event concierge operated by PixelCove LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Pearl answers event-logistics questions and sends event reminders by text message for weddings and event weekends. Event organizers configure the event details; guests reach the concierge by text. Replies are generated by artificial intelligence from the event's data (see our Privacy Policy for the AI providers involved); AI answers can be wrong, so confirm time-critical details through official sources.
SMS program terms
- You opt in by texting an event join code to the number; that is your consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pearl about that event.
- Message types: answers to questions you send, and reminders for events you're attending.
- Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Organizer billing & refunds
Organizers pay a one-time, per-event fee set by guest-count tier ($199 up to 75 guests, $299 up to 150, $399 up to 300), charged by card through Stripe when you launch your event. There are no per-message fees, subscriptions, or add-ons.
Guarantee: if Pearl isn't working out, you can request a full refund any time before your event weekend begins: text Pearl or email us and we'll reverse the charge. A refund ends proactive messaging (reminders, briefings) for the event. After the event has started, fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for legitimate event communication. Don't use it to harass, spam, or send unlawful content. We may suspend access for misuse.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is." Always confirm time-critical details (travel, medical, safety) through official sources; Pearl is a convenience, not a system of record.
